What is the age to stay in your own hotel room in orlando?

I plan to go to Orlando next month and stay around the I drive area, I havn’t yet booked a hotel and I will be under 21 at the time. I just read that some hotels only allow you to book your own room if you are 21 and over. I tried to contact the following hotels, but non have replied, (I know they aint really that good but they offer free transportation most of them) the hotels are:
- Rodeway Inn International
- Quality Inn
- Howard Johnson hotel & suites
- Clarion hotel at universal

Could somebody please tell me the age you really have to be to stay in these hotels, thank you.

I believe it’s 18. The age to obtain a credit card on your own.

It should be 18, but some places require you to be older. You need to call and ask.

I had the same problem, Im 19 a lot of places said you had to be 21 or 25 years old. Try another Howard Johnson because every Howard Johnson I called told me 18 years and my boyfriend and I just booked our hotel a few days ago to go in January. Good luck
